Deborah Leigh-Russell and Julie Eotvos Four Season Soiree's Four Season Soiree's aims to stimulate awareness and beauty of the Creative Performing Arts on the beautiful Gold Coast and its surrounding areas. It is a creation of Deborah Leigh-Russell, Coloratura Soprano, and Julie Eotvos, Concert Pianist. Their vision is to provide a platform for artists, and particularly emerging and student artists, to experience the opportunity of performance within their regional community. Julie and Deborah say: 'We are impassioned to share, inspire, be inspired and mentor others in accessing their Creative Excellence and we encourage them to showcase their own Special Gifts. Through the wonderful support of our very first Soiree in April 2004, promoted entirely by word of mouth, Julie and I were able to present Gift Certificates to our talented performers for the purpose of furthering their talents and aspirations.' Deborah Leigh-Russell 'Our intention is to bring an intimacy and nurturing of Excellence in Music to not only the performers, but also to the audience. Through promoting a broader and richer musical discernment and experience with the combined talents of Julie, myself and others, we aspire to moving and touching many.' Deborah Leigh-Russell's personal passion is as a singer and performer, and to bring beautiful music to the heart and mind of others. Her vision is to empower other artists to realize their Potential, Excellence and Talents. From Jazz and Soul, from Broadway to Opera, Deborah Leigh-Russell truly believes that 'Music is Food for the Soul'.
Julie Eotvos is a Concert Pianist, with a Glorious Grand Piano. Julie's passion is Performance and Music Education. She is a Music Educator who completed her Licentiate of Music Performance Australia at the Sydney Conservatorium, her Licentiate of Teaching from Trinity College of London and also the TMusA.
