Gold Coast Little Theatre presents
Irving Berlin's
Previous Performances 'Annie Get Your Gun'Directed by Kate Peters
29th March to 18th April 2008
Deborah Leigh-Russell, plays the part of Dolly - one of the featured performers in this story of a young woman, Annie Oakley, who made a name for herself worldwide through her extraordinary skills and talent in a man's field as a top shooter.
Deborah's performance is lively, original, humourous and completely 'over the top' entertainment, quite different from any previous roles she has played. She brings to the show a character and dimension that endears her unlovable character to the audience. As always, her singing is superb, but in this role she always shows what a talented actress she is. ...J.S.
